ABOUT THE URBAN INTERVENTION

From 10 a.m. — 1 p.m. on June 3rd, 2017

When we were five years old we all learned important lessons about sharing. That principle helped to establish harmony in our homes and classrooms, and fostered cooperation, humility, and empathy in our young lives.

What if the principle of sharing had as awesome of an affect on our neighbourhoods and environment today? How can lending libraries and alternative ownership models help to respond to waste, space, and financial issues that many of us face? What are the limitations and risks?

Join us to openly discuss challenges, possibilities, risks and chances of alternative ownership models.

We will have coffee and treats to help the discussion along: as we all know, great ideas are being born when we engage while enjoying good food.

Location: 250 City Centre Ave., Bay 216 (second level)

These materials will be part of my intervention:

post it notes, board, colourful markers.

It would be great if participants can bring with them:

Bring your smiles and together we'll create a vision board with our ideas.
